What guests say
8.2 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 122 guest reviews
The Vine Hotel Bronx draws consistent praise for its cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and welcoming staff, making for a comfortable and affordable stay. However, recurring issues around maintenance — including broken fixtures, a malfunctioning shower, and a clogged toilet — alongside noise from the nearby subway and parking lot, indicate that upkeep and soundproofing need attention. Overall sentiment is positive, but the property would benefit from more responsive maintenance to match guests' cleanliness expectations.
