What guests say
8.8 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 148 guest reviews
The Lodge at Cloudcroft earns consistently high praise for its striking historic character — antiques, fireplaces, dark wood interiors — and its warm, professional staff. Minor operational niggles surface around an understaffed bar, occasionally disorganised check-in, and food that falls slightly short of the property's overall standard, but these rarely dent an overwhelmingly positive guest experience. The vast majority of visitors leave impressed and keen to return.
