What guests say
8.1 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 476 guest reviews
Madison Resort Wildwood Crest earns consistently positive sentiment for its standout beachfront location, eye-catching retro décor, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff — with at least one guest returning for a second consecutive year. However, a recurring thread of complaints centres on limited and inconvenient parking, a sluggish elevator, and a price point that guests feel isn't matched by inclusions like breakfast or promotional perks. A handful of operational niggles — room type mix-ups, a disconnected phone, and a hazardous bathroom step — suggest attention to detail could be tightened.
