What guests say
9.3 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 106 guest reviews
ICONA Avalon earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment for its spotless rooms, attentive staff, and prime beachfront setting, with the on-site pub a consistent highlight. However, a recurring thread of complaints centres on the cost-to-value balance — high prices, resort fees, and nickel-and-diming on items like water and coffee — alongside some dated in-room technology and inconsistent service on beach amenities. Guests largely leave satisfied, but those expecting all-inclusive perks commensurate with the premium rate may find a few friction points.
