What guests say
8.4 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 93 guest reviews
Purity Spring Resort earns strong praise for its beautiful lake and woodland setting, wide range of outdoor activities, warm staff, and on-site restaurant, making it a genuinely enjoyable retreat for most guests. However, a recurring thread of complaints centres on ageing, inconsistently maintained rooms, a mandatory resort fee that catches many guests off guard, and confusion over the multi-building layout — with some guests finding their accommodation far removed from the main lakeside area. Expectations set by online photos can diverge sharply from reality, so guests are best advised to confirm exactly which building they are assigned to before booking.
