What guests say
9.2 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 554 guest reviews
The Wren earns strong enthusiasm from guests for its prime downtown Missoula location, genuinely attentive staff, and stylish, clean rooms — with personal touches like handwritten notes and proactive upgrades standing out. The main recurring frustration is the open, glass-enclosed shower integrated into the bedroom space, which sacrifices privacy and divides opinion, alongside the absence of standard in-room amenities like a fridge and coffee maker. Overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with most guests eager to return.
