What guests say
8.3 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 259 guest reviews
Nichols Inn & Suites earns consistently positive scores for its friendly staff, included breakfast, clean rooms, and convenient location — making most guests feel well looked after. However, the ageing building lacks an elevator, and a handful of guests flagged specific issues including inconsistent bedding comfort, an overly chlorinated hot tub, noise from outside, and a spider bite, suggesting maintenance and quality-control could be tightened. Overall sentiment is warm and the majority of reviewers would return, but prospective guests should be aware of the property's older infrastructure.
