What guests say
7.6 / 10 · Good on Booking.com, from 234 guest reviews
Park Place Hotel consistently earns praise for its unbeatable downtown location — steps from shops, restaurants, and the lake — along with friendly staff and comfortable beds. However, nearly every reviewer flags the hotel's dated décor, worn bathrooms, and maintenance shortcomings, with several noting it feels overpriced given its condition. It delivers a functional, well-situated stay, but guests should temper expectations around room quality and upkeep.
