What guests say
9.3 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 407 guest reviews
The Sunset Motel at Armand's Gardens earns consistently high marks for its spotless rooms, stunning flower-filled grounds, and genuinely warm staff — with perks like a free ferry shuttle adding real practical value. A handful of guests flag that bathrooms and showers are on the small side, rooms can feel dark, and the HVAC can be noisy, reflecting the realities of a refurbished older motel. Overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with most guests finding it a charming, affordable, and well-located base.
