What guests say
8.6 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 72 guest reviews
Royal Park Hotel wins consistent praise for its attentive, personable staff and spacious, comfortable rooms in a convenient downtown Rochester location, with several guests singling out thoughtful personal touches. However, a recurring theme is that pricing — including mandatory paid parking on top of premium room rates — feels hard to justify alongside reports of dated interiors, occasional maintenance lapses, and rooms that some found basic for the cost. Overall sentiment is strongly positive, but value-for-money is a genuine concern worth weighing.
