What guests say
8.3 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 55 guest reviews
The Baronette Renaissance Novi earns consistent praise for its warm, attentive staff, clean public spaces, and convenient location near shopping and major roads, making most stays comfortable and pleasant. However, a recurring thread of complaints — uncomfortable beds, infrequent housekeeping on multi-night stays, no pool, and pricing that some guests feel outpaces the experience — tempers enthusiasm, particularly for families and longer visits. Guests seeking a polished business-travel base will likely be satisfied, while leisure travellers on a budget may find better value elsewhere.
