What guests say
7.9 / 10 · Good on Booking.com, from 500 guest reviews
Quality Suites Lansing West earns consistent praise for its large, clean, and quiet suites, a convenient location, and a generally well-regarded breakfast — with repeat guests citing it as reliable value. However, recurring frustrations include aging furnishings, occasional maintenance faults, insufficient sofa-bed bedding, and isolated but notable complaints about rude front desk staff and inconsistent breakfast quality. Overall sentiment is positive but tempered by operational inconsistencies.
