What guests say
8.7 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 134 guest reviews
Holly Tree Resort earns consistently strong praise for its exceptional cleanliness, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and great value for the amenities on offer — including an indoor pool, hot tub, and sports facilities. Recurring complaints centre on the suspension of daily housekeeping, outdated fixtures in some rooms and bathrooms, and minor facility issues such as broken arcade games and patchy gym Wi-Fi. Overall sentiment is warmly positive, with many guests returning year after year, though some modest updates would bring the experience fully in line with expectations.
