What guests say
9 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 116 guest reviews
The Groton Inn earns consistently strong sentiment for its beautiful historic property, warm and attentive staff, and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. However, a recurring theme across multiple guests is that the breakfast offering has slipped — reduced hot options, plastic tableware, and limited serving hours feel mismatched with the premium price point. A handful of guests also flagged minor cleanliness lapses and housekeeping inconsistencies, suggesting the property occasionally falls short of the high standards its rates imply.
