What guests say
7.9 / 10 · Good on Booking.com, from 2,201 guest reviews
Francis Scott Key Family Resort earns consistent praise for its impressive range of on-site amenities — pools, games, movie nights, and beach shuttles — making it a strong choice for families. However, recurring complaints about uncomfortable mattresses, inconsistent room cleanliness, and noise from neighbouring guests prevent it from reaching its full potential. Guests tend to enjoy the experience overall but flag maintenance and sleep quality as areas in clear need of attention.
