What guests say
8.4 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 960 guest reviews
Hotel Villa Convento earns consistent praise for its unbeatable, quiet French Quarter location and genuinely warm staff, with guests appreciating easy walkability to key New Orleans attractions. However, the property's worn furnishings, ageing fixtures, and comfort issues with some beds are recurring complaints across multiple reviews — though several guests note that a renovation is planned. It strikes a reasonable value for its position, but travellers expecting polished, modern rooms may be disappointed until upgrades are complete.
