What guests say
9.4 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 95 guest reviews
Iowa House Historic Inn earns consistently high praise for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, homemade breakfast, and 24-hour snacks, all in a walkable location close to campus. Guests repeatedly highlight it as a warm, personal alternative to standard hotels at excellent value. Minor gripes are few — an occasional stubborn key card, stair access in some rooms, and a wish for healthier breakfast choices — but none appear to significantly dampen the overwhelmingly positive experience.
