What guests say
9.6 / 10 · Exceptional on Booking.com, from 115 guest reviews
The Harkness Hotel earns near-universal enthusiasm for its beautifully restored historic character, well-appointed bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a standout lobby coffee machine — with most guests eager to return. The main practical drawbacks are consistent: no breakfast provision, no elevator for upper-floor rooms, and very limited dining within walking distance, requiring a 15-minute drive for food. Guests who travel light and appreciate a quiet, boutique aesthetic in a small-town setting will find little to fault.
