What guests say
8.8 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 138 guest reviews
Spencer House Inn earns strong praise for its excellent breakfasts, warm and attentive staff, central location, and charming historic character. However, a handful of guests flag practical shortfalls — including small rooms that feel overpriced, ongoing renovation work without advance warning, inadequate towel supply, and comfort issues with mattresses and pillows. Overall sentiment is warmly positive, but the experience can vary noticeably depending on which room guests are assigned.
