What guests say
8.4 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 1,129 guest reviews
The Renaissance Concourse earns consistent praise for its unbeatable proximity to Atlanta's airport, comfortable beds, and clean, spacious rooms — making it a reliable layover or transit base. However, several guests flag dated décor in places, the airport shuttle's domestic-only coverage (poorly disclosed at booking), and occasional operational shortfalls around conferences and billing. Overall sentiment is positive but tempered by a few recurring practical frustrations.
