The Grandview Collection excels in location, quietness, and comfort for those seeking a cozy retreat near downtown, with guests praising the mattress quality and atmospheric charm. However, cleanliness is a significant concern with documented pest issues, and there are recurring problems with pricing transparency, maintenance (fixtures, windows), and basic amenities that undermine the overall experience. Service responsiveness is inconsistent, with some guests reporting excellent communication and others receiving no replies to concerns.
