Bay Plaza Hotel excels with an excellent marina-adjacent location, consistently praised staff, and clean, well-equipped rooms—making it solid for budget-conscious beach visitors. However, guests frequently cite the dated décor, poorly explained resort and occupancy fees, uncomfortable furnishings, and operational quirks (check-in at a separate building, non-functional TV support) that dampen the value proposition, particularly for longer stays.
