What guests say
8.8 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 53 guest reviews
The St. Francis Inn earns strong praise for its prime historic-district location, warm and attentive staff, and consistently enjoyable breakfast — making it a standout choice for travellers seeking authentic B&B charm in Saint Augustine. However, recurring concerns around the closed advertised pool, limited breakfast variety with strict cutoff times, shared bathrooms in some rooms, and temperature control issues prevent it from being universally seamless. Guests who embrace the quirks of a historic inn will likely love it; those expecting standard hotel amenities or full transparency in listings may come away disappointed.
