What guests say
9.5 / 10 · Exceptional on Booking.com, from 116 guest reviews
Davis House Inn earns near-universal praise for its immaculate rooms, kitchenette-equipped studios, and unbeatable walkable location beside the Indian River and local dining spots — with several guests returning year after year. Minor drawbacks include dated interiors, a cramped bathroom, limited lounge furniture, no pool, and a largely self-serve check-in experience that leaves some guests without face-to-face staff contact. One guest also raised a concern about feeling judged for travelling with a service dog, worth noting for accessibility-conscious travellers.
