What guests say
9.6 / 10 · Exceptional on Booking.com, from 82 guest reviews
The Colony Hotel earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment for its iconic Pink Palm Beach décor, exceptionally attentive staff, and unbeatable location between Worth Avenue and the beach. However, a recurring thread of complaints centres on small rooms and bathrooms, with some standard rooms suffering from wall-facing views or significant noise from the maintenance and kitchen areas — and at premium price points, these shortcomings feel more pronounced. Guests who secure a well-positioned room are likely to rave; those in standard facing rooms may feel underserved for the cost.
