What guests say
8.8 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 781 guest reviews
Building 5 delivers strong appeal for theme-park visitors, with guests consistently praising its convenient location, clean spacious rooms, and multiple pools. Staff service is noted as friendly and helpful. However, infrastructure issues—WiFi failures in some units, hot water inconsistency, high drink pricing, and parking constraints—surface across reviews as genuine operational shortcomings that detract from an otherwise solid stay.
