What guests say
9.6 / 10 · Exceptional on Booking.com, from 151 guest reviews
Addy's Villas earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment driven by exceptional cleanliness, attentive and flexible hosts, and a convenient location near Venice's beaches and restaurants. The property is openly described as modest and vintage in style, with minor gripes around road noise for front-facing units, an ageing aesthetic, and occasional small amenity gaps — none of which deter the many guests who return repeatedly. Overall, reviewers consistently regard it as outstanding value for a relaxed, well-maintained retreat.
