Celebrity Resorts Orlando is consistently praised for cleanliness, spacious family-friendly rooms, and excellent proximity to parks and shopping—with staff frequently noted as responsive and attentive. However, guests report genuine operational issues including severe weekend parking shortages, a sluggish check-in system, pest problems in some units, and aging facilities (old TVs, low water pressure), which temper the otherwise positive experience.
