The Seagull's unbeatable beachfront location and clean rooms are its strongest assets, with most guests appreciating the proximity to the beach. However, service inconsistency—ranging from friendly staff to rude, unprofessional interactions—and operational friction points (parking hassles, lengthy check-in delays, extra fees) create a mixed experience. The property works well for beach-focused stays despite these operational shortcomings.
