What guests say
8.5 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 1,646 guest reviews
Summer Bay Resort Lobby earns strong praise as a self-contained, family-friendly destination with multiple pools, wide-ranging on-site activities, and spacious condos that genuinely impress the majority of guests. However, recurring issues with maintenance responsiveness, hard mattresses, insufficient room supplies, and inconsistent front-desk communication temper the experience for a notable minority. Guests willing to overlook these housekeeping and upkeep shortcomings — and aware that some attractions have scheduled closure days — will likely find it excellent value near Orlando's theme parks.
