What guests say
9.7 / 10 · Exceptional on Booking.com, from 40 guest reviews
The Cloister at The Boca Raton earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment for its stunning historic architecture, attentive staff, and high-quality dining — with most guests finding it worth the premium price. A small number of guests flagged real shortcomings, including room cleanliness, chaotic valet and check-in, ongoing beach club construction, and inconsistent service at pool and restaurant areas. Travellers willing to overlook occasional operational hiccups will find a luxurious, self-contained resort experience; those with high expectations for seamless service at every touchpoint may encounter frustration.
