What guests say
8.6 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 42 guest reviews
The Spa at Norwich Inn earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment for its beautiful, tranquil setting, welcoming staff, and spa facilities, making it a standout wellness destination. However, a handful of guests flag real concerns around inconsistent food quality, maintenance lapses in some rooms, and limited in-room amenities that may not justify the premium price point for all travellers.
