What guests say
8.8 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 392 guest reviews
The Niantic Inn earns consistently strong sentiment for its unbeatable walkable location steps from the beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants, paired with genuinely spacious, clean, and well-appointed rooms that feel more like studio apartments than standard hotel rooms. Staff warmth and thoughtful comfort touches — welcome bags, noise machines, eye masks — stand out as genuine differentiators. The main caveats are below-ground rooms with little natural light, bathrooms and décor that feel dated, and occasional operational niggles around housekeeping timing and front-desk hours.
