What guests say
7.7 / 10 · Good on Booking.com, from 98 guest reviews
Mountain Chalet Snowmass earns consistent praise for its unbeatable ski-in/ski-out location, genuinely warm staff, and complimentary made-to-order breakfast, but guests repeatedly flag ageing rooms, a malfunctioning elevator, unreliable air conditioning, and a price point that many feel doesn't match the dated condition of the property. The overall sentiment is cautiously positive — a convenient, friendly base — tempered by clear frustration over deferred maintenance and value for money.
