What guests say
8.8 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 204 guest reviews
The Matterhorn Inn earns strong guest satisfaction primarily through its unbeatable downtown Ouray location, consistently clean rooms, and warm, helpful staff. However, rooms are widely noted as small and prices are considered steep for what's offered, and the included breakfast — delivered via a nearby restaurant voucher — receives mixed reviews ranging from adequate to disappointing. Guests who prioritize proximity to hiking, dining, and mountain scenery over spacious rooms tend to leave very satisfied.
