What guests say
8.4 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 445 guest reviews
The Saddle & Surrey Motel earns consistent praise for its clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and convenient location near Rocky Mountain National Park at a reasonable price. However, recurring complaints about a very limited breakfast, a neglected pool and closed hot tub, and some dated infrastructure (A/C, showers, lighting) suggest the property would benefit from focused upkeep and amenity improvements. Overall guest sentiment is positive, though expectations should be kept in line with a retro motel experience.
