What guests say
9.3 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 318 guest reviews
Boulder Brook on Fall River earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment for its stunning riverside setting, easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park, and cozy, well-appointed cabins that guests repeatedly say they will return to. However, a recurring minority of complaints points to practical maintenance issues — particularly loud bathroom exhaust fans, inadequate soundproofing between stacked units, and inconsistent housekeeping on longer stays — that temper an otherwise near-perfect experience.
