What guests say
9 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 137 guest reviews
The Windsor Hotel is widely celebrated for its historic character, beautifully restored interiors, and an outstanding on-site restaurant that repeatedly earns high praise. Most guests find the rooms clean and comfortable, though a recurring thread of complaints around maintenance standards, inconsistent cleanliness, and thin staffing suggests the property doesn't always deliver value consistent with its pricing. Overall guest sentiment is strongly positive, with the hotel's charm and food being its clearest strengths.
