What guests say
8.1 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 675 guest reviews
Beaver Run Resort earns consistent praise for its unbeatable Breckenridge location, mountain views, friendly staff, and family-friendly amenities like heated pools, hot tubs, and an arcade. However, the absence of air conditioning is a recurring and significant complaint among summer guests, and several reviewers note that rooms feel dated, cramped, or inconsistent in quality. It offers solid value for a ski or family getaway, but guests should temper expectations around room modernity and summer comfort.
