What guests say
9.4 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 241 guest reviews
The Benson Hotel earns consistently strong praise for its striking art-filled décor, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and genuinely warm staff, making it a standout for its price point in the Aurora area. The main friction points are practical: parking is either a long walk or an expensive valet, breakfast is not included (surprising some guests), and a handful of housekeeping and front-desk service lapses temper an otherwise excellent experience. Overall sentiment across these reviews is overwhelmingly positive, with the vast majority of guests expressing a clear desire to return.
