What guests say
9.5 / 10 · Exceptional on Booking.com, from 201 guest reviews
The Wydown Hotel earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment for its prime downtown St. Helena location, genuinely warm staff, and thoughtful touches like freshly baked cookies, welcome wine, and complimentary parking. Recurring gripes worth noting are road noise in street-facing rooms, a breakfast offering that some guests found too modest for the hotel's standard, and an undisclosed $25 daily amenity fee that caught multiple guests off guard. Travellers who request a back-facing room and come prepared for a continental-style breakfast are likely to leave highly satisfied.
