What guests say
8.8 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 685 guest reviews
The Sunbeam Motel earns consistently high marks for its spotless rooms, genuinely warm and accommodating staff, and convenient walking distance to downtown San Luis Obispo. The only recurring gripes are minor — weak bathroom ventilation and occasionally tight parking — neither of which dampened guests' overall satisfaction. It is widely praised as a high-value, no-frills stay that punches above its weight.
