What guests say
8.4 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 662 guest reviews
The Delta King earns consistent praise for its one-of-a-kind historic riverboat charm, prime waterfront location, friendly staff, and quality dining — making it a genuinely memorable stay for most guests. However, small staterooms, persistent noise (notably from harbour seals audible all night), and occasional issues like overheating rooms and faulty outlets are recurring frustrations that guests should weigh before booking. Overall sentiment is warmly positive, but the experience rewards those who prioritise character and atmosphere over standard hotel comfort.
