What guests say
8.1 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 3,205 guest reviews
The Edgewater Inn and Suites earns consistent praise for its unbeatable beachfront location, pleasant views, and helpful staff, making it a solid base for a Pismo Beach visit. However, multiple guests flag dated, tired rooms, a disappointing breakfast offering, and noise on lower floors, with several feeling the pricing doesn't fully match the comfort level. Amenity reliability — notably the hot tub — is also a concern worth noting before booking.
