What guests say
8.2 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 336 guest reviews
The Nest Hotel Palo Alto earns consistent praise for its cleanliness, included breakfast, welcoming outdoor courtyard, and strong value in an otherwise pricey market, with most guests finding the staff friendly and the location convenient. However, recurring complaints about noise penetration (especially from upper floors and the parking lot), malfunctioning in-room equipment, and a cramped breakfast area indicate maintenance and soundproofing gaps that prevent it from fully delivering on its boutique appeal. Overall sentiment is positive but tempered by practical shortcomings.
