What guests say
7.9 / 10 · Good on Booking.com, from 224 guest reviews
Hotel Keen earns consistent praise for its prime, walkable location and genuinely helpful staff, with the complimentary breakfast seen as a welcome bonus. However, rooms are almost universally described as very small, noise insulation is poor, and several guests question whether the pricing — which can spike significantly — reflects the value on offer. Travellers who prioritise position and service over space tend to leave satisfied; those expecting roomier or quieter accommodation for a premium rate may be disappointed.
