What guests say
9 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 246 guest reviews
WorldMark Palm Springs - Plaza Resort and Spa earns consistently high marks for its exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, clean and quiet surroundings, and convenient location near shopping, dining, and hiking trails. The main drawback raised across multiple reviews is the age of the property — rooms, bathrooms, and carpets are visibly dated, and a handful of guests flagged maintenance issues such as a leaking AC unit and unreliable laundry facilities. Overall sentiment is strongly positive, making it a reliable and affordable choice, though travellers expecting modern décor may be disappointed.
