What guests say
8.1 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 614 guest reviews
The Ontario Airport Hotel scores well for clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a convenient airport location, with generally courteous staff. However, significant ongoing renovations — undisclosed at booking — have disrupted key amenities including the pool, elevators, and parking access, frustrating multiple guests. Transparency around construction impacts, paid parking, and dining limitations would better set expectations for prospective guests.
