What guests say
9 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 194 guest reviews
West Inn & Suites earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment for its spotless rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds, friendly staff, and enjoyable perks like free breakfast and the popular evening cookies-and-milk service. The location is a genuine double-edged sword — convenient for beach access and freeway exits, but sandwiched between a highway and train tracks that generate noticeable noise for some guests, particularly at night. A few minor maintenance niggles (shower leakage, Jacuzzi upkeep, repetitive breakfast menu) surface occasionally, but repeat visits and strong recommendation rates suggest these rarely overshadow the overall experience.
