What guests say
8.5 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 393 guest reviews
The Portofino Inn Burbank earns consistently strong sentiment for its genuinely helpful staff, clean rooms, and convenient location close to Universal Studios and local amenities. Most complaints are minor — dated decor, ageing A/C, and an overstatedly basic breakfast — though a slippery handicap shower and occasional maintenance lapses are more serious concerns worth addressing. Overall, guests feel they get solid value in a safe, well-situated property, despite a few rough edges.
